UPCOMING EVENT INFORMATION

CLIMATE ACTION CONFERENCE: DISCUSSION OF NORTHERN SOLUTIONS TO THE CLIMATE CRISIS
TOPIC: HEATING OF HOUSES AND BUILDINGS WITH PROVEN NON FOSSIL FUEL SOURCES
WHEN: TBD (May 2023)
WHERE: BURK'S FALLS
DETAILS:
PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE SAKE OF OUR CHILDREN AND OUR CIVILIZATION!
Please note: This meeting will NOT be a debate about whether climate change is real or not. The data and increasing destructive weather events around the globe shows us that we must get off fossil fuels in every area. The future for our children hangs on our quick change to electrification and other non fossil fuel energy sources – we have the technology! Now, we must develop the determination to overcome all of the dangerous excuses to not try. We have decided to focus on transportation as a starting point because the data out of Muskoka shows around 80% of its CO2 emissions are from vehicles. The Almaguin region is probably very similar.
